Terms of Reference
1. Provide strategic oversight of the programme;
2. Approve the initial programme plan and budget/funding;
3. Receive regular progress reports from the Programme Director;
4. Review proposed changes to company policy and procedures arising from the Programme;
5. Be briefed on emerging issues and agree changes to the Programme;
6. Be committed and proactive in offering practical help in the implementation of the Programme, and;
7. Approve major communication lines to stakeholders.
