BAE SYSTEMS PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGE
LINDA HUDSON APPOINTED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, BAE SYSTEMS PLC and PRESIDENT
AND CEO, BAE SYSTEMS, INC.
The Board announces the appointment of Linda Hudson as an executive director of
BAE Systems plc. This follows her appointment as Chief Operating Officer, BAE
Systems plc and President and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., effective immediately.
Linda was previously President of BAE Systems' Land & Armaments Operating
Group.
Dick Olver, Chairman, BAE Systems plc, said: "Linda is a proven global business
leader within our organisation and her promotion to this role is testament to
the level of focus and high performance she has delivered while growing the Land
& Armaments Operating Group into a highly successful global business. I and the
rest of the members of the Board look forward to welcoming her."
